Meet Rabbi Tal
You can catch Rabbi Tal riding his bike in the streets of Jerusalem, playing guitar at his home and occasionally cooking Shabbat dinner for his family. His hobby is to meet new people, and create networking circles for others. Rabbi Tal is looking forward to his next meeting with you!
Rabbi Ariel Tal, B.Ed is an experienced educator, Rabbi and marketing expert, serving in positions in both North America and Israel. Rabbi Tal has a B.Ed from Ohalo College in the Golan Heights, Israel, Rabbinical Semicha from Israel Chief Rabbinate, and is a Personal Coach through Da’at U’Tevuna School in Rechovot, Israel. From 2010-2013 Rabbi Tal taught in Toronto at Netivot HaTorah Day School. There he managed the informal educational department of the Middle School and Elementary school including the tefillah program.
In 2014-2015 Rabbi Tal served as Marketing Director for Livnot U’Lehibanot in Tzfat. Rabbi Tal managed to create a new leadership program and filled both campuses thoughout the summer, with three programs running simultaneously, made possible by cultivating relationships with key organizations in the Jewish world in Israel and the Diaspora.
In 2015 Rabbi Tal completed his training as a Personal Life Coach through Da’at Utevuna Institute in Rechovot, Israel. The decision to initiate The Tefilla Project stems from his experience and expertise as both an educator and a Personal Life Coach, creating a platform for quality educational consulting and support.
Rabbi Eliot Feldman, M.A., M.S., has a long and distinguished career in education and Jewish communal leadership. He is the founding Rav of Kehillat Shaarei Torah in Toronto, Canada.
During his twenty-eight year tenure at the Community Hebrew Academy of Toronto, he held positions of responsibility including Department Head for Tanach and leader of informal Jewish educational experiences. For ten years he was Rosh Chinuch at Camp Stone, one of the Bnei Akiva camps where he created the educational materials and mentored staff.
Most recently he was Head of School of the Bess and Paul Sigel Hebrew Academy of Greater Hartford CT, the school that he attended as a child. He has published curriculum for Jewish day schools and summer camps and articles in a variety of educational journals.
Amy Wong, Marketing Strategist. Amy is an experienced online marketing strategist and web developer. She is the CEO of Net Directives, Inc. and focuses on the providing Creative Web Solutions and Innovative Marketing strategies to businesses worldwide.
Incorporating lead edge technology and platforms, she brings targeted customized campaign strategies that produce results. Whether it is social media, search engine optimization or web assets, she brings clarity and focus to her clients.
Amy is also the founder and owner of OogleMe Studios which is a professional video studio geared for online marketing video development and live streaming webcasts.
She also teaches Social Media and Digital Marketing at The Toronto Film School. Amy is the web developer and online marketing strategist for the Tefilla Project.
